THE SPACE:
The project presents a contemporary residential interior designed with a clean architectural layout and calm spatial composition. The living area, bedroom, and adjoining spaces are organized to maintain openness while clearly defining functional zones. Neutral wall surfaces, large marble-finish flooring, and minimal architectural forms create a bright and visually continuous environment.
Key focal points such as the marble TV feature wall, mirror installation wall, and terracotta bedroom accent wall introduce visual hierarchy within the interior. Furniture pieces, built-in storage, and compact dining arrangements are integrated into the architecture to keep the spaces uncluttered and efficient. The overall spatial arrangement emphasizes simplicity, balance, and fluid movement between areas.
THE CONCEPT:
The design concept is based on Warm Minimalism with Sculpted Accents, where minimal architecture is enriched through materials, textures, and subtle lighting. The aim was to create a space that feels calm, elegant, and welcoming while maintaining a refined contemporary aesthetic.
A neutral palette of soft whites, warm greys, and beige tones forms the base of the interior, allowing materials like marble, wood, and fabric to introduce depth and tactile richness. Carefully designed feature walls—such as the marble TV backdrop with vertical lighting, geometric mirror installations, and the terracotta bedroom accent wall—act as sculptural focal elements within the minimal framework.
Lighting is treated as an integral design element. Layered illumination through cove lights, vertical LED strips, pendant lights, and niche lighting highlights textures and architectural surfaces, adding depth and warmth to the overall environment.
THE RESULT:
The final outcome is a refined and harmonious contemporary interior that balances simplicity with warmth and character. Through thoughtful material layering, integrated furniture design, and carefully placed accent colors, the spaces feel both elegant and comfortable.
The combination of marble textures, natural wood finishes, soft lighting, and sculptural feature elements creates an atmosphere that is visually calm yet rich in detail.
